These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://joerea.store and any purchase you make from JOEREA ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
JOEREA sells made-to-order, print-on-demand products. Each item is produced only after you place an order, through our fulfillment partner, Printful.
You must create an account (by email/password, or by signing in with Google) to place an order. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate, current information — especially your shipping address, since that's what we send to our fulfillment partner.
All prices are set in US Dollars and converted for display into Nigerian Naira, British Pounds, or Euros using current exchange rates, purely for your convenience. You'll be charged in whichever currency is shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice. Colors may vary slightly from what's shown on screen due to display differences.
Payments are processed securely by Flutterwave. We do not store your card details. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully verified — if you cancel or abandon a payment, no charge is made and no order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors, in which case any payment already taken will be refunded.
Because items are made to order, please allow [production time — e.g. 2–7 business days] for production before your order ships, plus additional transit time that varies by destination. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available. We are not responsible for courier delays once your order has shipped, but we're happy to help you track it down.
Because each item is made specifically for you, we're generally unable to accept returns for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@joerea.store within [X days — e.g. 14 days] of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
All designs, logos, graphics, and content on this site are the property of JOEREA (or used under license) and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
You agree not to misuse our site — including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, accessing it using automated means without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JOEREA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
